our nelayan boats are mostly brightly painted, the colours run wild…. there must be reasons which i don’t know yet.
but when trying to capture on film of these vessels at the jetty, it is a composition of chaos- all sorts of lines, equipment, deck assortments against the shouting colourful background.
then again, if you look carefully, some of them are not timber afterall…
